Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 5, 2026

At K2K9, we take pride in providing high-quality training, products, and services. Please review our Refund Policy carefully prior to making a purchase or booking services.

​

Training Courses, Seminars, and Events

All payments for training courses, seminars, and instructional programs are non-refundable once registration is confirmed. Due to limited class sizes, advance preparation, and resource allocation, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

At K2K9’s sole discretion, a credit may be issued for a future course if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months.

​

K2K9 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future course or receive a full refund.

​

Products (Including Scent Kits and Equipment)

All product sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

​

Refunds or replacements may be issued in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective upon receipt

  • An incorrect item was shipped

​

To be eligible, customers must notify K2K9 in writing within 15 days of delivery and provide documentation (photos and order information). Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

​

Due to the nature of training and detection materials, opened or used scent kits are not eligible for return or refund.

​

Canines (Working, Companion, or Adopted)

All sales or placements of canines—including working dogs, companion dogs, and adoptions—are governed by separate written agreements specific to each transaction. Refunds are not provided unless expressly outlined in the applicable agreement.

Security and Operational Services

Fees for deployed services, contracted security operations, or canine handler teams are non-refundable once services have been rendered or personnel have been scheduled.

​

Any cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable service contract.
